I'm working on a book about sketching that will be part art lesson, part travel guide and part love letter to the city of San Francisco, where I've lived for nearly 40 years.
Every month I'll teach a chapter as a two-part class, with a 2-hour Zoom session on Thursday night that's basically a rough draft of the content, followed by an on-location class on the weekend where we sketch together. Students will have access to the PDF lesson to get some practice in before we go onsite.
